Prepare Your Body for the FLU Season

Foods that boost the Immune System:

  1. All fruits and vegetables, especially dark green leafy vega tables (fresh/frozen) eat 4-5 varieties a day.

  1. All prepared or processed foods and junk food (too much FAT, sodium, MSG and other chemical flavor enhancers with preservatives).
  2. All corn syrups.
  3. Enriched white flour.
  4. Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.
  5. Soda and (juices that have corn syrup or sugar added).
  6. Fried foods.
  7. Lunch meats (meats home cooked are fine).
  8. For all caffeine and alcohol products use in moderation.
  9. White potatoes (too starchy).
